Roswell Delirium is an emotionally charged 1980s science fiction thriller set in an alternate 1980s, when the United States is hit by a wave of nuclear attacks, and in the aftermath, those left behind pretend that everything is normal, even though they are all suffering from radiation poisoning. A young girl named Mayday attempts to establish contact over a series of ham radios with her father, who is in space on a shuttle mission. Instead of establishing contact, she receives an intergalactic distress call from space that takes her on a journey to Kosoarok, the land where Area 51 once stood. She is exposed to severe levels of radiation, and within days all of her organs begin to fail. Knowing that medical treatment will not help, her mother Wendy takes her back to Kosoarok to hand over to the aliens in the hopes that she will be saved.
